COHORT HOST MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT

Platform: Peptide MD Research, Inc.

1. SCOPE
The Host operates the Cohort identified above on the Peptide MD platform
("Platform") under the OEA-V1 commit-reveal protocol. The Host commits to
pre-registering the primary endpoint and analysis plan before recruitment
opens, and to publishing the reveal at the bound window.

2. PRE-REGISTRATION INTEGRITY
The Host MUST NOT alter the analysis plan after the OEA-V1 commit hash is
published. Permissible amendments are limited to (a) safety-driven changes
that pause enrollment, and (b) typo corrections that do not affect the
canonical-JSON dialect of the analysis plan. Any other change voids the
commit and the cohort is marked withdrawn on /changelog.

3. MONITORING
The Host MUST review wearable and PRO anomaly flags within 72 hours and
record a continue/withdraw decision per participant. Anomaly logs are
public on the cohort journey page.

4. REVEAL WINDOW
At the bound reveal timestamp the Host publishes (a) the plain-text
analysis plan, (b) the participant Merkle proofs, (c) the per-participant
endpoint observations. Late reveals are flagged on the cohort detail page
and downgrade the Host's reputation by one tier.

5. LIABILITY
The Platform makes no representation about the cohort's outcomes. The
Host indemnifies the Platform for claims arising from the Host's research
operations, including ethics or regulatory failures.

6. TERM
This MSA remains in effect for the duration of the Cohort plus 24 months
of post-reveal data retention.

7. GOVERNING LAW
