Scientific council

Six named seats. Public veto rights.

We do not run BioGate parameter changes, protocol-tier promotions, or verifier releases without an external sign-off from the seat with that domain. Every seat is named publicly with affiliations and CV. Every seat publishes a quarterly note. Conflicts of interest are disclosed in advance of any decision.

The seats are open while we recruit. The structure is not optional - until each seat is filled by a named human, the corresponding capability ships behind a public “interim” banner, and any change at that surface requires dual sign-off from a remaining seat plus the founding team.
