1. SCOPE
The CRO operates the data-collection arm of the Cohort, including
participant onboarding, wearable provisioning, anomaly review, and the
final dataset delivery bound to the OEA-V1 reveal.

2. DELIVERABLES
2.1 A locked dataset matching the pre-registered analysis plan.
2.2 Per-participant Merkle inclusion proofs.
2.3 An anomaly log with continue/withdraw decisions per flag.
2.4 A signed CRO attestation that no data deviates from the pre-registered
    schema or the analysis plan.

3. ESCROW
The awarded bid is held in escrow on the platform. Release is bound to
the OEA-V1 reveal hash matching the published commit. Late or non-conforming
delivery triggers a clawback of up to 100% of escrow.

4. CERTIFICATIONS
The CRO represents that {{cro_certifications}} are current as of the
Effective Date and will remain so for the cohort duration.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Mutual NDA covers participant data and host intellectual property.
Platform-published artifacts (commit hashes, reveal hashes, public
dashboard fields) are exempt from confidentiality.
